HgCapital Trust PLC - participates in the investments of manager Hg - Notes that investment manager Hg has agreed to sell supply chain risk management firm Achilles to private assets fund management group Bridgepoint Group PLC.

Deal values HgCapital Trust's investment in Achilles at GBP24.0 million, reflecting a 20% uplift over the carrying value of GBP20 million in the trust's net asset value at August 31.

Current stock price: 397.00 pence

Year-to-date change: up 30%
