Henry Boot PLC - Construction company with offices across the UK - Says it will start work this week on two additional units at that Markham Vale, Derbyshire industrial scheme. Company will deliver a 222,000 square feet and a 75,000 square feet unit in joint venture between its property development subsidiary HBD and Derbyshire County Council. Both units are being funded by Aver Property Partnership Ltd - a joint venture between Ergo Real Estate and NFU Mutual - in a deal worth around GBP25 million.
