Hellenic Dynamics PLC - Greece-based cultivator and supplier of pharmaceutical standard medical cannabis products - Non-Executive Chair Anthony Joliffe steps down due to age. Says it has begun process of finding a replacement.

Chief Executive Officer Davinder Rai says: "I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Sir Anthony for his tenure with the Company and wish him the very best in the future. As Hellenic moves into the next phase of its growth stage, the Board of Directors is looking to its existing relationships with envisioned partners, among other strategic opportunities, for a replacement for the position of non-executive chairperson".

Current stock price: 1.09 pence per share, down 5.4% on Tuesday
