Fri, 05th Mar 2021 13:33

Helical PLC - London-based property investor - Says it has let the whole of its Kaleidoscope building above the Farringdon East Crossrail station in London to video-sharing social networking service TikTok Information Technologies UK Ltd. Notes the lease is for 15 years, with a tenant option to break after 10 years. Says Kaleidoscope has a ground and five upper floors, and was the first over-station development to be completed on the Crossrail line.

"Kaleidoscope offers [companies] excellent tenant amenities including a spectacular roof terrace and strong environmental credentials, thereby clearly responding to today's requirements for wellness and sustainability. As a platform for billions of creators worldwide, TikTok is a perfect business for both the building and the area's ambition to be a destination for culture and creativity," says Helical Property Director Matthew Bonning-Snook.
