Hastings Group Holdings PLC - insurance provider - Says acquisition by Sampo PLC and Rand Merchant Investment Holdings Ltd consortium close to completion after court sanctions scheme. Scheme becomes effective when court order delivered to Registrar of Companies for England & Wales, which is expected to occur on Monday. Hastings shares to be suspended from Monday before cancellation on Tuesday.
