PetroTal Corp - oil and gas production and exploration in Peru - Gran Tierra Energy Inc sells entire 17% stake in PetrolTal. The sale of 137.1 million shares at USD0.2198 raises USD30.1 million, which Gran Tierra says it will use to pay down debt and for general corporate purposes. The sale price was an 11% discount to PetroTal's closing price on Thursday.

Current PetrolTal stock price: 17.00 pence, down 8.1% on Friday

Year-to-date change: up 21%
