Goldplat PLC and Papillon Holdings PLC - Africa-focused gold producer and London-based asset manager - Goldpat says formal legal documentation for the acquisition of Kilimapesa gold mine by Mayflower Gold Investments Ltd, a subsidiary of Mayflower Capital Investments Pty Ltd, has been signed by all parties, adding the completion date for the transaction has been changed to March 31 from February 28. Notes completion of the transaction is dependent on receipt of regulatory approvals in Kenya, approval of Kilimapesa's prospecting license, the completion by Mayflower Gold of the reverse takeover of Papillon Holdings PLC, including a fundraising of at least USD4 million.
