GoCo Group PLC - owner of Gocompare.com, Look After My Bills and MyVoucherCodes - Announces shareholders approve court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement for GBP594 million acquisition by Future PLC at court and general meetings held earlier today.
Notes in late November, Future announced that under the agreed combination, GoCo shareholders will be entitled to receive 0.052497 new shares in Future and 33 pence in cash, valuing each GoCo share at 136 pence each. Adds Future gained approval for the acquisition from the UK Financial Conduct Authority last Monday.
