IN BRIEF: Genedrive receives Indian import license for Covid test kit

Genedrive PLC - Manchester, England-based molecular diagnostics firm - Confirms it has received license to import its SARS-CoV-2 kit into India via its partner DIVOC Health. Genedrive received approval from the Indian Council of Medical Research for its Covid testing kit back in April.

Genedrive's 96 SARS-CoV-2 Kit is designed to detect active infection in Covid patients and eliminates the need for cold temperature storage, making it ideal for high temperature countries such as India.

Current stock price: 55.87 pence, up 13% on Friday

Year-to-date change: up 15%
