IN BRIEF: Gamma Communications takes over BrightCloud

Gamma Communications PLC - Berkshire, England-based provider of communication services - Expands contact centre and customer experience expertise and capabilities with the acquisition of BrightCloud Group Ltd. Says BrightCloud is "renowned for its expertise in CX transformation". Acquires the company for an initial cash payment of GBP9.0 million, with a further payment of up to GBP4.0 million due dependent on revenue targets between closing and December 31, 2025. Says the acquisition "increases the capability and scale of our Enterprise business".

Gamma Chief Executive Officer Andrew Belshaw comments: "We are delighted to welcome BrightCloud and the team to the Gamma group. BrightCloud has a strong reputation in the Cisco ecosystem and in-depth expertise in supporting [contact centre as a service] implementations and CX transformations and, together, we can provide our current and future customers with the best in industry solutions for leading CX and CCaaS delivery."
