Gama Aviation PLC - Farnborough, England-based aviation services company - Confirms that it is in discussions to acquire Tyrolean Jet Services, an Austrian provider of aircraft management and charter services. Gama was responding to industry market speculation. Explains the interest in TJS is consistent with the group's strategy to grow its Aircraft Management & Charter business. Says talks are ongoing, and they remain subject to further negotiations, diligence, and Board approval. As such, they are not expected to be concluded until after the company's delisting from AIM.

Current stock price: 96.00 pence, down 0.5% in London on Friday

12-month change: up 88%
