IN BRIEF: Francisco Partners says Blancco Technology offer is final

Blancco Technology Group PLC - Bishop's Stortford, England-based secure data erasure - White Bidco Ltd, a vehicle of funds managed by US private equity firm Francisco Partners, says its agreed takeover offer of 223 pence in cash per Blancco share is final and won't be raised. Says has acceptances of the offer representing 66.4% of Blancco shares. The offer closes on Wednesday next week. The bid gives Blancco an equity value of around GBP168.8 million. Its current market capitalisation is GBP165.1 million.
