TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC - FTSE 2500-listed telecommunications firm based in Salford - Obtains permission to extend deadline by which Toscafund Asset Management LLP must announce its firm intention to either make or not make an offer for the company to December 3 from November 5. The offer for TalkTalk's entire share capital is, as previously announced, priced at 97p per share. Says "commercial discussions and due diligence are progressing."
