TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC - Salford-based broadband and mobile services provider - High Court of Justice in England sanctions the scheme by which Tosca IOM Ltd, a new company formed by asset manager Toscafund Asset Management LLP and Penta Capital LLP, is buying TalkTalk. TalkTalk shareholders earlier approved the FTSE 250 company's GBP1.11 billion takeover by Tosca IOM. Just over 98% have voted in favour. TalkTalk shares will be cancelled from the London Main Market Monday, March 15. The takeover was agreed back in December.
