F&C Investment Trust PLC - aims for long-term growth and income by investing in listed equities globally - Will issue fixed rate senior unsecured notes in three tranches.
First tranche is for GBP50 million in notes at a coupon of 2.06% due 2037, the second for GBP45 million in notes at 1.96% due 2056, and the third for GBP45 million at a 1.87% coupon, due 2061.
Proceeds will go towards refinancing existing indebtedness, and well as investment and other general corporate purposes.
