Strategic review announced on November 1 continues, with discussions ongoing between Equals and Madison Dearborn Partners LLC. Madison Dearborn is now required to announce a firm intention to make or not make an offer for Equals by the evening of January 24. Deadline was originally November 29, and was subsequently extended until December 27.
