Will receive initial consideration of CAD2 million in Candelaria shares, with CAD5 million worth of payments subject to performance milestones. Says Mike Struthers will join Candelaria as chief executive officer but remain a non-executive at Empire. Empire's Non-Executive Chair Neil O'Brien will stay on, but joins Candelaria as a non-executive.
