IN BRIEF: Eminence Capital fund to close; Ricky Sandler leaves Entain

Entain PLC - Ladbrokes Coral owner - Announces that Ricky Sandler informed the company that he immediately steps down as director of the company. Entain says the relationship agreement entered into with Eminence Capital, of which Sandler is the founder and chief executive officer, ends immediately. The agreement had started in early 2024. Sandler says: "I have the utmost confidence in Entain's management and board to deliver enhanced shareholder value. Entain shares are held in accounts and funds managed by Eminence Capital, which will be liquidated in an orderly manner, without any pre-determined time constraints, with the intention of maximising value realisation."

Current stock price: 538.80 pence each, down 5.1% on Tuesday afternoon in London
