Diversified Energy Co PLC - oil and gas production company in the US - Notes 20 for 1 share consolidation completed on Tuesday. The consolidation formed part of plan to pursue a New York listing. It said in November that due to "NYSE requirements" a consolidation was needed prior to a US listing.
