Distribution Finance Capital Holdings PLC - Manchester-based niche lender which builds relationships with manufacturers and then provides working capital solutions up and down their supply chains - Confirms that lenders have agreed to continue the waiver in place until September 30 regarding the alternative wholesale facilities and banking licence application. Will continue discussions about the transition of its funding arrangements with the lenders through September.
