Distribution Finance Capital Holdings PLC - Manchester-based bank providing personal savings products and working capital to dealers and manufacturers - Confirms Mark Stephens as non-executive chair, effective immediately. Stephens had been senior independent director since 2017 before being named interim chair in May last year. Company is seeking a new independent non-executive director.

Current stock price: 49.00 pence, up 2.1% on Wednesday

12-month change: down 23%
