IN BRIEF: Costain Adds Former Laird CEO Tony Quinlan To Board

Costain Group PLC - Maidenhead, England-based infrastructure construction - Hires Tony Quinlan as non-executive director, starting on Monday next week. Senior Independent Director Jane Lodge will step down at Costain's May 6 annual general meeting, having served for nine years. Quinlan was chief executive officer of Laird PLC, an electronics firm acquired by Advent International Corp in 2018. Prior to Laird, Quinlan was chief financial officer of power station operator Drax Group PLC and also had held senior finance roles at retailer Marks & Spencer Group PLC. Quinlan currently is senior independent director of Hill & Smith Holdings PLC, a infrastructure products and galvanizing services company.
