Corcel PLC - London-based mining and mineral resource development company - Raises GBP357,320 via a placing and a broker option. Says it will issue 5.3 million new shares at GBP0.004 each, with warrants exercisable at GBP0.005. Says it intends to issue Novum Securities Ltd 4.5 million broker warrants, at GBP0.004 each.

Current stock price: 0.39 pence, down 2.5% on Wednesday
