Chill Brands Group PLC - Grand Junction, Colorado-based cannabidiol products - Expects the next year will be one of "growth, transformation, and new partnerships". Appoints Viridian Capital Advisors to assist with its transformation plan. "In the next several quarters we will communicate extensive plans to enhance our board of directors, improve our corporate credibility, boost the group's visibility, increase liquidity, and diversify our investor base," Chill Brands says.

Current stock price: 19.30 pence, down 12%

Year-to-date change: down 71%
