IN BRIEF: Cambridge Cognition immediately promotes COO Baker to CEO

Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC - Cambridge, England-based brain health software provider - Promotes Chief Operating Officer Rob Baker to chief executive officer, effective immediately. Baker has served as COO since September 2024 and joined the board as senior executive director in late August 2025. Before that, he was chief of Product & Operations after originally joining the company as head of product in November 2022. Further, Cambridge Cognition immediately appoints Chief Financial Officer Ronald Openshaw to the company board. Finally, the company appoints Nick Rodgers as chair designate, set to succeed current Chair Steven Powell who will retire from his role at the next annual general meeting. The company's last AGM was in late June 2025.
