Calculus VCT PLC - invests in UK growth companies - Net asset value per share 64.01p at end of August, down from 64.27p a year ago and 67.08p at end of February 2021. Dividends paid per share in six month period 3.02p, down from 3.20p a year ago. Says was shielded from supply chain and labour market disruption to a degree by a combination of holding a significant portion of its assets in cash and through "carefully selected investments". "In terms of the main focus of our current investment strategy, B2B technology, healthcare, life sciences and media, all of these sectors have shown robustness despite the economic climate and are all key growth areas of the UK economy. We look forward with a combination of caution and optimism," it says.

Current stock price: 65.00p

Year-to-date change: up 8.3%
