Beazley PLC - London-based specialist insurance underwriter, managing six Lloyd's of London syndicates - Appoints new Group Chief Financial Officer Barbara Plucnar Jensen to its board with immediate effect. Jensen joined Beazley as CFO on May 1, having previously served as CFO of Danish insurance company Tryg AS which is the Nordic region's largest general insurance service provider. She replaces former CFO Sally Lake, who announced her resignation in August after five years in the role.

Current stock price: 657.00 pence, down 1.3% Tuesday morning in London

12-month change: up 6.1%
