IN BRIEF: Bain Capital sells GBP110 million stake in TI Fluid Systems

TI Fluid Systems PLC - Oxford, England-based maker of brake fluids and fuel tanks for cars and trucks - BC Omega Holdco Ltd, a company indirectly controlled by investment funds advised by Bain Capital LP, sells 40 million TI Fluid Systems shares at 250 pence, worth GBP100.0 million. The shares are placed with institutional investors in an accelerated bookbuild led by JP Morgan Securities PLC and Peel Hunt LLP that was announced after the London market close on Wednesday. The 40 million shares represent about a 7.7% stake in TI Fluid Systems. The Bain funds continue to hold 191.1 million shares, just under a 37% stake.

Current stock price: 249.50p, down 8.8% on Thursday

Year-to-date change: up 1.8%
