Company will ask tenants for outstanding rent arrears since legal action started, bringing total to GBP1.2 million including VAT. Company also will seek to recover legal fees.
On Thursday, company declared first-quarter dividend of 2 pence per share, in line with target. Net asset value rose 3.4% to GBP157.1 million, equivalent to 99.15 pence per share, from GBP151.9 million in previous quarter. Company in the process of acquiring new assets after selling two properties in last 12 months.
