Aberdeen Standard European Logistics Income PLC - Investment trust - Enters new uncommitted four-year master facilities loan facility worth EUR40 million with Investec Bank PLC.
Within the facility, where is a GBP3.3 million committed revolving credit facility, which will replace Aberdeen Standard's existing GBP6 million Societe Generale overdraft facility and provide enough liquidity to cover gaps.
"I am very pleased that the company is now able to announce the signing of this new bank facility with Investec Bank. This will increase the company's flexibility to acquire new assets prior to any fresh equity raise and will reduce the impact of cash drag on investment returns," said Investment Manager Evert Castletein.
