LONDON (Alliance News) - iEnergizer Ltd on Tuesday said it has reappointed Anil Aggarwal as chief executive officer and appointed Richard Day as chief financial officer.
Aggarwal has been acting as interim executive director since September 2015 but was chief executive of the company from incorporation until October 2014.
Day was a founding partner and head of corporate finance at stock broker Arden Partners. Prior to this he spent 12 years in corporate finance at Cazenove & Co.
iEnergizer provides business software and services, particularly for call centres and back office operations.
"Following a successful period of restructuring, the return of Mr Aggarwal has enabled the company to generate new business and has positioned the company for future growth. The focus on key technologies, verticals and differentiated solutions sets the company on a path to higher, sustainable profitable growth over the long term," iEnergizer said in a statement.
Shares in iEnergizer were untraded on Tuesday, last quoted at 11.00 pence.
