iEnergizer Announces Plan To Declare Dividend For First Half

(Alliance News) - iEnergizer Ltd on Monday said it intends to declare an interim payout for the six months to September 30, as part of its new progressive dividend policy.

London-listed shares in iEnergizer were trading 3.3% lower at 295.00 pence each on Monday afternoon.

The business process outsourcing solutions provider did not the planned amount of its interim payout but said it will provide details in its first half results slated on or before November 21.

In its results for the year to March 31, released on on June 25, the company declared a dividend "for the first time in seven years". iEnergizer proposed a 10.4 pence per share dividend for financial 2018.

The technology services and media solutions company also said at the time that it intends to adopt a progressive dividend policy for future pay outs from surplus cash profits after setting aside funds for longer-term strategic objectives.
