MADRID, April 13 (Reuters) - Spain's flag carrier Iberia, a unit of IAG, will temporarily suspend its direct flights between Madrid and Cuba from June due to weak demand stemming from the country's prolonged economic difficulties, the airline said on Monday.
"Flights will remain available for booking from November, when the airline plans to resume the route, provided conditions allow," Iberia said in a statement. (Reporting by Corina Pons. Writing by Emma Pinedo. Editing by David Latona)
