LONDON (Alliance News) - Honeycomb Investment Trust PLC on Tuesday said the GBP99.9 million previously held in the share premium account has been transferred to the distributable reserves of the company.
The move follows both court and shareholder approval.
Shares in Honeycomb Investment Trust were untraded on Tuesday. The stock closed at 1,015.00 pence on Monday.
