(Alliance News) - GSTechnologies Ltd said Friday that William Knight will step down as non-executive director from Monday to focus on other business interests.
GSTechnologies said it has started a search for a replacement "to ensure that the board composition is appropriate".
Perth, Australia-based GSTechnologies provides wireless, electronic cabling, security, and other solutions to clients in the infrastructure development space. Its main operating arm, EMS Wiring Systems Pte Ltd, operates from Singapore.
The stock closed up 0.9% on Friday in London at 0.12 pence.
