LONDON (Alliance News) - Gresham House PLC on Wednesday said that it raised about GBP15.0 million through 3.7 million share placing at a price of 410.00 pence each.
Shares in Gresham House closed 2.7% higher at 416.00 pence per share.
The company did not specify how it intends to use funds.
The asset manager said that the placing was conducted by way of an accelerated book build process with Liberum Capital Ltd acting as sole bookrunner.
The company said that the fees of the placing amounted around GBP500,000.
Following the admission, Gresham House will have a total of 18.6 million shares.
Gresham House also said that its two Non-Executive Directors Richard Beagles and Simon Stilwell acquired 10,976 and 18,780 shares at a placing price, respectively.
Royal County of Berkshire Pension Fund also bought 764,677 placing shares, which will enlarge its stake to 18%, representing 3.3 million shares following the admission.
