Green Investment Drops Gulf Marine Stake While Grant Brown Ups To 10% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Gulf Marine Services PLC said Tuesday Green Investment Commercial Investments LLC took the whole of its stake from the vessel construction company after a transaction on Monday.

Prior to the transaction, Green Investment held a 10.0% interest in the company.

Grant Brown, by contrast, increased its stake in Gulf Marine to 9.3% on Monday through the purchase of 32.6 million shares. Its previous holding, if any, was not disclosed.

Shares in Gulf Marine Services closed up 1.4% at 44.00 pence per share on Tuesday.
