Global Invacom completes acquisition of US satellite antenna maker

(ShareCast News) - Global Invacom Group said it completed the acquisition of a US satellite antenna maker on Wednesday.Global Invacom said it finalised its agreement with Skyware Global and has acquired all of its total issued and paid-up share capital.It had also delivered share transfer forms to move 9.9% of Global Invacom to Skyware's former owner.Global Invacom also said it had appointed Skyware Global's former beneficial owner Gregory Knox Jones as a non-independent non-executive director.
