LONDON (Alliance News) - Glenwick PLC on Thursday said it has raised GBP250,000 through a placing of 250.0 million new shares at 0.1 pence each.
"The proceeds of the placing will be used to increase the cash reserves of the company as the board seeks to accelerate the implementation of Glenwick's investment strategy," the company said.
Shares in Glenwick were flat at 0.11 pence.
