Former Barclays boss Jenkins named to Bank of England's PRC

LONDON, Dec 21 (Reuters) - Britain's finance ministry said
Antony Jenkins, a former chief executive of Barclays, John
Taylor and Tanya Castell had been appointed to the Bank of
England's Prudential Regulation Committee which scrutinises
banks.

The three would start their three-year terms as external PRC
members between January and September 2021, the Treasury said on
Monday.

BoE Governor Andrew Bailey said the new appointees "bring
with them a wealth of experience in banking and insurance."
