Findel Appoints Former Home Retail And Littlewoods Veteran To Board

LONDON (Alliance News) - Home shopping and education supplies company Findel PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Gregor Ball to its board as an independent non-executive director.

Ball is currently a non-executive director at Agean UK, part of Dutch insurance group Fortis, and has held senior roles in the past with Home Retail Group PLC - the owner of Argos and Homebase currently the subject of a bidding war - and catalogue retailer Littlewoods.

Shares in Findel were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 190.00 pence.
