Finance Executive Tim Pennington Joins Euromoney As Non-Executive

(Alliance News) - Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC on Friday announced the appointment of former Cable & Wireless PLC finance chief Tim Pennington.

Pennington will join as a non-executive director from September 1. He is currently working as chief financial officer at New York-listed telecommunications firm Millicom International Cellular.

Chair Leslie van de Walle said: "I am looking forward to welcoming Tim Pennington to the board following a rigorous search and selection process.

"His considerable career experience as a CFO of globally listed businesses, with a focus on telecommunications and listed company governance, will be invaluable to the board and the audit & risk committee in particular."

Euromoney shares closed 0.2% higher on Friday in London at 1,352.00 pence each.
