(Alliance News) - FastForward Innovations Ltd on Tuesday said it has hired Luke Cairns as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Cairns is currently a managing director of finance consultancy firm LSC Advisory Ltd, a company he founded to provide advisory and consultancy to small and medium enterprises. He previously was head of corporate finance and managing director at broker Northland Capital Partners.
"We are pleased to welcome Luke to the board as an independent non-executive director. Luke has an in-depth understanding of the City and the growth company arena as well as an extensive and very valuable address book," said FastForward Director Ed McDermott.
Shares in the investment fund were trading 5.9% higher at 8.37 pence each on Tuesday afternoon in London.
