(Alliance News) - Fadel Partners Inc on Tuesday said it has hired LogicManager Inc's Ian Flaherty as chief financial officer following the resignation of Vicary Gibbs.
The New York-based media rights and royalty management software developer said Gibbs, who has been CFO since April 2022, has stepped down with immediate effect to "pursue other opportunities."
"The board wish to record their appreciation for his significant contribution to the company over this time, in particular in relation to the successful IPO of the company," Fadel said.
Incoming Flaherty served as CFO for LogicManager for just under two years, and has also held various financial management positions in public listed companies within the technology sector.
Fadel noted that Flaherty’s appointment to the board remains subject to satisfying AIM "regulatory and due diligence checks".
Shares in Fadel were untraded at 144.60 pence each in London on Tuesday morning
