EXECUTIVE CHANGES: ReNeuron promotes CFO Catherine Isted to CEO role

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

ReNeuron Group PLC - Bridgend, Wales-based stem cell and exosomes technology company - Promotes Chief Financial Officer Catherine Isted to chief executive officer, effective from September 1. Isted joined the company in October 2021 as CFO, from Oxford BioMedica PLC. In February, CEO Olav Hellobo resigned, and Chair Iain Ross, supported by Isted, ran the business together. "Over the last six months and under my leadership, Catherine has worked with the executive team to refine the strategic and operational focus of the company," Chair Iain Ross comments.

Speedy Hire PLC - Newton-le-Willows-based tools and equipment hire - Promotes Chief Operating Officer Dan Evans to CEO, effective from October 1. Evans, who has been with the company for 14 years, will succeed Russell Down, who announced his intentions to step down in May. Down will remain employed by Speedy until May next year, ensuring an effective transition.

Trellus Health PLC - White Plains, New York-based digital health platform for complex chronic conditions - Appoints Stephen Young as interim CFO, with immediate effect. Young is taking over from Richard Evans, whose interim contract has ended. Young, who joins Trellus in a non-board capacity, has previously been CFO at Pure Wafer PLC, British Biocell International and Axiom Manufacturing Ltd.

Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC - London-based private and commercial lender - Appoints Independent Non-Executive Director Nigel Boardman as chair of the company's principal subsidiary, Arbuthnot Latham. Henry Angest, who has been chair of Arbuthnot Latham since 1994, will remain as a non-executive director of the bank. He will also continue in his role as chair and CEO of Arbuthnot Banking. Also appoints Frederick Angest as a non-executive director of the company with effect from September 1.
