EXECUTIVE CHANGES: D4T4 co-founder to step down from board

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Burberry Group PLC - London-based luxury fashion - Promotes Orna NiChionna to senior independent director, starting on Saturday. NiChionna has been a Burberry non-executive director since 2018. She spent almost two decades with management consultancy firm McKinsey & Co, where she co-led their European retail practice. Burberry also confirms that Carolyn McCall, the chief executive of broadcaster ITV PLC, will step down as a non-executive director on April 2, having served on the Burberry board since 2014.

D4T4 Solutions PLC - Middlesex, England-based data management platforms - Co-founder & former chief executive Peter Kear will step down from the board on March 31, following the handover to replacement Bill Bruno. Kear's retirement was announced last April. Bruno who previously had headed D4T4's US business continues to be based in the US. Kear co-founded the company in 1985.

Renewi PLC - Milton Keynes, England-based waste-to-product processor - Hires Annemieke den Otter as chief financial officer, starting June 1. She replaces Toby Woolrych, who retires on Thursday after 10 years in post. Den Otter currently is CFO of Eriks, a engineering components and service provider that is part of SHV Group. Prior to Eriks, she was CFO of Amsterdam-listed software firm Ordina NV.

Next Fifteen Communications Group PLC - London-based digital marketing services - Promotes Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Peachey to the board, starting on Wednesday next week.
