LONDON (Alliance News) - Escher Group Holdings PLC on Wednesday appointed Clem Garvey to its board as its chief financial officer with immediate effect.
Escher provides software for use in the postal, retail and financial industries.
Garvey was most recently chief operating officer of Neopost SA, and prior to that held positions at Gestetner Group.
Shares in Escher were untraded Wednesday morning at 146.25 pence.
