LONDON (Alliance News) - EPE Special Opportunities Ltd said on Monday that its limited liability partner ESO Investments (PC) LLP has disposed of its investment in Process Components Ltd to Schneck Process UK Ltd.
The disposal will return GBP13.6 million to ESO in cash and was completed at a 44% premium to Process Components holding value of GBP9.5 million.
Following the disposal, ESO's estimated net asset value per share as at September 30 is 216.31 pence per share. ESO will use the capital for new deals.
Shares in EPE Special Opportunities were untraded on Monday, last quoted at 135.10 pence.
