BERLIN, March 11 (Reuters) - Westnetz, a subsidiary of Germany's E.ON is looking for an investor to help finance a 3-billion-euro ($3.30 billion)fibre optic expansion program, reported Handelsblatt newspaper on Friday.
Investment bank Barclays is planning to provide information to interested parties on behalf of Westnetz soon, Handelsblatt cited people familiar with the matter as saying.
