Ediston Completes Lease Restructure, Letting At St Philips Point

LONDON (Alliance News) - Ediston Property Investment Co PLC on Friday said it has completed a lease restructure and signed a new letting at the St Philips Point property in Birmingham.

Ediston said it AXA Insurance UK PLC has restructured its existing leases over the fourth to sixth floors of the building and has taken on the seventh floor too. It now occupies around 32% of the office accommodation at the property and will pay a total rent of GBP664,008 a year.

Ediston has also secured a letting of the lower ground floor at the property to David's Bridal, a bridalwear retailer. No details on the rent being paid by David's Bridal were disclosed.
